Express Deck Preferred Parking

Overview

Travelers can take advantage of this premium parking experience at CLT. Just give your keys to an attendant and your vehicle will be parked in the covered parking deck. Luggage assistance is provided and an exclusive, non-stop shuttle will chauffeur you on the short trip to and from the terminal. After landing at CLT, your vehicle will be waiting at the deck when you return.

Maximum vehicle height for entrance is 9′

Designated Express Deck shuttles provide non-stop service to and from the terminal’s lower level in Zone 2. Upon your return to Charlotte, exit the Baggage Claim/Lower Level doors and proceed to the Zone 2 Express Deck shuttle stop.

Valet attendants park vehicles and provide complimentary luggage assistance at both shuttle stops.

Carwash services and basic vehicle maintenance available.

EV Charging Stations available.

This is a license to park only, no bailment is created. Car is accepted for parking only. We assume no liability for fire, theft, damage or mechanical failure in any case, except through our own negligence. Customer agrees to set handbrake. Customer agrees to remove or secure all  articles in vehicle. Company is not responsible for any articles left in car, nor will company accept possession or bailment of such articles. Customer agrees to inspect car before leaving premises. Any claim of damage or loss by customer must be reported and itemized in writing on company form/report before car is taken from premises following any alleged loss or customer shall waive such claim. Should company agree to make repairs at it’s expense, company reserves the right within 72 hours after notice of loss, to repair car at its certified repair facility. In no event does company assume any liability for faulty brakes, flat tires or equipment failures. Company is not responsible for electric windows, electric tops, sunroofs or any faulty electronic item. Customer agrees to roll up windows, tops and close sunfroof’s to protect against the elements. Company is not responsible for vehicles key after closing. No agent or employee may enlarge this agreement or assume any liabilities on behalf of the company. Minimum Service Charge $2.00
